I was find by BLNR for my permitted by dpp honolulu and state licensed businesss also was stated by DoBAR dlnr I did not need or require a comercial use permit for home kayak rentals. They find me for ADVERTISEMENT AND BEING IN WATER WHEN I WAS NOT ! WITH LESS THAN 3MINS to TALK AND DEFEND MYSELF, I SHOULD OF been more bold. Reviews were unfairly found to be a advertisements when it was not but a mear correspondence. There are No kayak rental business that had have commercial use permit for kaneohe bay. No walk ins. I can not advertise the area by law. Be respectful don't touch, bump, or kayak over reef even if you think it's dead.
