NO CASH, CARD PAYMENTS ONLY. Start your adventure ON Lake Woodlands! Walk ups welcomed but reservations strongly encouraged! Lakes Edge is a boat rental facility operated by The Woodlands Township's Parks & Recreation Department. It is open to the public year round; residency in The Woodlands is not required. Located in Hughes Landing just south of Restaurant Row, between the One Lakes Edge and Two Lakes Edge apartment buildings. Parking in nearby garages and lots (look for “retail parking” signs). Follow the boardwalk signs to the boat house. Direct access to the north end of Lake Woodlands, with just a 10 minute paddle to Northshore Park.
